Daniels Training Log
 
"Daniels' Running Formula" indeholder en masse tabeller med specifikke træningshastigheder og intensitetspoints. For at gøre det mere anvendeligt i det daglige har jeg oversat det til beregninger i et regneark og integreret det i min træningsdagbog, som jeg kalder Daniels Training Log.
 
Ideen er at man indstiller træningsdagbogen efter sin præstationsevne, så man kan forholde sig til sin egen standard.
 
Jack Daniels opererer med et teoretisk kondital som han kalder VDOT. I Daniels Training Log kan man indstille hver uge efter ens aktuelle VDOT-værdi og måle træningen ud fra den.
